Our "On the Scene" Property Manager
Franco & Associates is our local property management company, Jesus Ruelas is your main contact while in Puerto Vallarta. He can be contacted by telephone at +52 (322) 306-3288 or by email at Jesus@francopv.com. The easiest and quickest way to contact him is to text him through WhatsApp.
Checking In and Out
Check in is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm, and check out is by 11:00 am. Requests for an early check-in or a late check-out will be accommodated if at all possible. Please schedule your arrival with the property manager in advance so someone is there to greet you, give you the keycards to the condo and answer any initial questions. Someone will contact you a couple of days prior to arrival to schedule your check-in. PLEASE do not depart without first meeting with a representative from Franco & Associates to collect the keycards and check you out. If you will be away from the condo on the day of your departure please plan to meet the representative before you leave.
Transportation
From AIRPORT:
Taxis: Walk through the throng of people in the airport until you exit the building. Once outside there are many authorised taxis. Tell them Zona Romantica then the address. It should cost between $30-$35, plus added tip.
Rideshares: UBER and InDRIVER - your Uber app will work in PV, HOWEVER, UBER is not allowed to pick up passengers in the airport itself. Exit the airport and walk left towards the pedestrian bridge. Uber can pick you up on the other side of the bridge. InDRIVER is another popular rideshare app in PV.
Around Town:
The bus system in PV is excellent and will get you most places. Cost is 10 pesos. Taxis, rideshares and water taxis are also very convenient and and reasonably priced.
